Blayne D. Stone, Jr.

Blayne D. Stone, Jr., is a doctoral student in the Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis (ELPA) program in the School of Education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. As a member of the Wei LAB he serves as a Research Associate. Blayne received a B.A. in Liberal Arts with minors in Business and Communications and an M.S. Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University, and an M.A. in Human Development Psychology from Cornell University. Blayne has work experience in residential life, summer bridge programs, Greek life, and multicultural affairs. In addition, he has worked with foster care and at-risk youth for over six years. Blayne explores the ways Black youth transition from foster care to postsecondary education.
