aims to generate an empirical understanding of the organizational culture of more than 13,000 professionals working in intercollegiate athletics. The NSIA is comprised of a set of longitudinal inventories designed to examine hiring practices, job satisfaction and workplace climate.
The project was developed in partnership with Minority Opportunities Athletic Association (MOAA) , an organization that provides opportunities to exchange ideas, advance increased participation and administrative opportunities for minorities in athletics.
The NSIA aims to provide athletic departments and administrators with actionable data that can inform practice, amplify success, and improve the experience of all members.
